A genus of about 100 species of widely distributed plants. Elegant and stately, with feathery panicles of flowers and ferny foliage. Easily grown under garden conditions ranging from well-drained loamy soil to low wet areas. For full sun or part shade.

Formerly known as Anemonopsis thalictroides, this is a small, beautiful, long blooming woodland ephemeral, native to only Ontario in Canada. White to pinkish-lilac flowers in late spring. Plants go dormant once the heat of summer arrives. Very limited. Order early.
