INULAFamily: COMPOSITAE
A large genus of daisies, native to Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Easily cultivated, low maintenance plant for the sunny border and cutting garden. Large yellow daisy-like flower heads, solitary, or in clusters, often with wonderful, shaggy ray flowers brighten the garden throughout the summer. Moist soil and full sun.
